Our classes are designed to help you align your body, relieve pain, and reduce stress with our posture expert Elena Amani. Her knowledge and experience have been honed over many years, and she now brings that expertise to you through Yoga.
Week 1:
Foundations of Posture

Start your journey by learning the basics of yoga, including key poses, proper alignment, and essential breathing techniques.

Week 2:
Balance & Core control

In the second week, we focus on enhancing your strength and stability. You'll practice more dynamic poses and sequences, developing both physical and mental resilience.

This week will also introduce techniques to improve balance and coordination.

You will learn how to control your Core Muscles. A strong core supports the spine and reduces the strain on the back muscles, helping to keep the body upright and balanced.
Week 3:
Upper Body Foundations

The final week brings everything together, allowing you to integrate what you've learned into smooth, flowing sequences.
