Our classes are designed to help you align your body, relieve pain, and reduce stress with our posture expert Elena Amani. Her knowledge and experience have been honed over many years, and she now brings that expertise to you through Yoga.

Week 1:  
Foundations of Posture

  1. Start your journey by learning the basics of yoga, including key poses, proper alignment, and essential breathing techniques.

  2. This foundation will set you up for success and help prevent injuries as you progress.

  3. Learn how to move each joint through gentle movements

  4. Learn to relax

  5. Our goals: Alignment and Safety, understanding the importance of proper alignment, and how to prevent injuries.

Week 2:
Balance & Core control

10 October  2024 | Thursday 7.30 pm
14 October 2024 | Monday 12 pm
 

  1. In the second week, we focus on enhancing your strength and stability. You'll practice more dynamic poses and sequences, developing both physical and mental resilience.

  2. This week will also introduce techniques to improve balance and coordination.

  3. You will learn how to control your Core Muscles. A strong core supports the spine and reduces the strain on the back muscles, helping to keep the body upright and balanced.

Week 3:  
Upper Body Foundations

17 October  2024 | Thursday 7.30 pm
21  October 2024 | Monday 12 pm

  1. The final week brings everything together, allowing you to integrate what you've learned into smooth, flowing sequences.

  2. Our focus on the upper body, neck, and shoulders

  3. You'll deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection and explore relaxation and meditation techniques to round out your practice.

  4. Improve your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness while setting the stage for a lifelong practice.
