About Me
The story of Elena Aman
Hi, I'm Elena Amani, the owner of Yoga for Posture and Scenar therapiest with over 15 years of experience in guiding people toward healing, alignment, and natural beauty. Originally from Russia, I have lived in Belgium and Croatia before moving to Australia in 2010. I spesialise in yoga therapy, face yoga, scenar therapy, and ergonomic assesssment. I offer a unique blend of practices that focus on pain relief, posture, neuromuscular connection and fascia health. Through my online programs, workshops, and yoga retreats I empower others to live with vitality and radiance. Whenever in personalized yoga sessions or group yoga classes, I bring warmth, expertise, and dedication to every client's journey.
My Healing Journey
As someone who has dealt with chronic health issues my whole life, I understand the struggles associated with poor posture. From my own experiences with Crohn's Disease to my later issues with neck injury, hip bursitis, and hypothyroid myopathy, I've spent most of my life in pain until I discovered Yoga and Scenar Therapy for pain relief. I started practicing yoga regularly to improve my posture, relieve muscle aches and pains, and increase my strength. In 2012 I got my first certificate and In 2015 I opened a home-based Yoga for posture studio where we learn different tools and approaches to release mental and physical pain.
